Highly do not recommend this company. The wedding venue we had our wedding at required us to use one of the two companies on their list. We decided to go with alphabarco despite the negative reviews and comments we had received. We scheduled a meeting with Marco to go over questions we had regarding our day. During our phone conversation, he was sanding in the background and making a lot of noise you could not hear anything. He was not engaged in the conversation at all, and made it seem like we were bothering him and he had better things he could be doing. We brought this up to both our venue and his partner Courtney. Our venue was very receptive. Courtney talked with us and made us feel comfortable like everything would go smoothly, so we decided to keep our contract with them. Marco was supposed to send over a final payment for us to pay, but he did not. We finally reached out to him to make sure we had everything covered, and he was very rude and sent us an email for our final payment stating it was failed to be paid on time. There was no way to pay since he never sent the payment, we had to reach out to ask for it. The day of the wedding, the bartenders were unaware of the batch drinks they were supposed to make for us because Marco told them we were not doing them when we discussed this with him in our meeting. They only had one bartender at the cocktail hour, while the other was inside setting up. During the reception, there was mainly only one bartender ever at the bar even though we paid for two. There were lines at times waiting for drinks because the other was nowhere to be found. The bartenders lost our entire box of cups we bought, but finally found them in a closet they forgot they put them in. We supplied the alcohol, and the bartenders were pouring very heavy and had many many guests complaining about how heavy they were making the drinks since we provided the alcohol. Many vendors at our wedding stated that they would never work with alphabarco again after this experience, and I can state we will never recommend or use this company for future events.
