The roasted pork and sweet soya sauce at the Chinese stall right at the back of the market ( right to the side of the church) is amazing!

Very good place for vast verity of oriental food.

There are a massive types of food, such as, Iraqi Falfel, Palestinian Falafel and Shawrma, Greek fish and chips, Peruvian food, Spanish, Thai food, Korean food and some other types of food, such as steak and chips.

The prices are reasonable and varies from £4-10 per meal, depending on the type of food and the meal size. In general, regular meal size is filling.

Avoid the Thai street food here and don't waste your money. Had stir fried Thai basil with what supposed to be with fried chicken, not only it didn't taste of any basil being in the dish, the crispy fried chicken was chewy and full of thick batter with tiny pieces of the actual chicken meat, poor quality and not authentic !

Had Pad Thai from the Thai Street food place, wish I'd have saved my money, it WAS edible and had I have not eaten in 24 hours it would have been far more amazing than it actually was.
Weird colour for a pad Thai, the fact that many people had paid and were awaiting their dish to be served was positive. Like a sheep I followed, paid my money and joined them. To my surprise my 'pad thai' was ready within under a minute, I couldn't help thinking I'd jumped the queue because all the people in front of me were still waiting.
Still, I took the box passed to me, wandered round to Whitefield Gardens found a seat in the sun and took my first bite...... it was then that I realised I should've saved my money. If you want authentic Thai cuisine, don't buy here. If you want a box of grub for a tenner after a skinfull, it may flick your switch.

Either way I'll have the Sea Bass from just next door next time, that's far better.
