I can't say enough great things about Matt and his staff. We hired him to cater our daughter's wedding reception with a 250 person headcount and he did not disappoint! Our food was phenomenal! The Pesto stuffed Chicken breasts were my favorite, but you can't go wrong with any of his choices! We also had a fantastic citrus pork tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, green beans with almond slivers and red peppers, and a Caesar salad. All delish! He was easy to communicate with and super easy going. We heard so many comments raving about our meal. He was very willing to accommodate food allergies and preferences. He even brought my dad a plain baked potato and chicken breast as he is a bit picky. We had plenty of left overs, I loved how he had a kids option with mac and cheese and chicken nuggets, so we didn't have to pay an adult price for all the little ones. I told him my only disappointment was that there was no chicken left at the end of the night - because my daughter raved about it to everyone on their way up to the buffet! Ha! I guess that's a good problem to have! Don't look any further! Matt and his crew will take great care of you!

Matt and his staff have helped us out a couple of times in 2024 and hit it out of the park every time. I would strongly recommend them for any event large or small. Looking forward to doing more events with them in the future.

We had All Inclusive cater our wedding and they did amazing. We loved the tasting and were able to try so many different options. We went with the pesto chicken, bbq brisket, Mac n cheese, & roasted garlic potatoes. We had so many guests say it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding. We would recommend it to ABSOLUTELY anyone. Matt was always so responsive when I had questions and very professional. His staff was yalso professional and checked in on us frequently.

We used Matt for our wedding this past weekend! When inquiring about a menu for our wedding he was very responsive and helpful with figuring out our options. He then set up a tasting and let us try any menu items/appetizers/late night snacks we were thinking of (they were all so good). We ended up choosing the pasta bar and it was AMAZING!!! I always knew I wanted pasta at my wedding and he made everything I wanted happen. He was easily the easiest vendor to work with throughout the whole process. Our guests ate up all the appetizers and raved about the food all night and the past few days since our wedding. The staff were SO kind and left plates out for me since I was busy chatting with guests. It’s also VERY affordable considering other wedding catering options. We are so grateful to all inclusive and Matt!!!

We used Matt for our Vietnam reunion and he was wonderful! So easy to work with! I appreciated his input with meal planning. Our group raved about his mashed potatoes and Berry chicken! So good! Very large portions! Highly recommend Matt!!

All Inclusive Catering was our caterer for our daughter's wedding on 10-13-23. Chef Matt did an amazing job! So many compliments on how great the food tasted! Prime rib, garlic cream chicken breast, mac n cheese, green beans, and more! Matt is so easy to work with and served approx 200 people. Definitely recommend All Inclusive! Thanks Matt and team!!

Matt was great to work with, very responsive, and accommodating to what we were wanting for our wedding day dinner.
