Just tried them for the first time today, and I wana say the chicken chipotle tacos are absolutely amazing! The two working the truck are both super friendly as well! Would 100% recommend them if they're in your area!

I met Monica today and wow I’m so glad I did! She is so kind and genuine. I can tell that she puts her heart into her work- that’s something the world could use more of! She gave me a sampling of her food and it was a incredible! A delicious experience for the tastebuds. I will be returning to Las Mamacitas soon hungry for more.

Monica with Las Mamacitas catered my wedding, as well as planning and coordinating the event. Monica worked closely with her team to execute the wedding of our dreams.

The food was incredible- we had a sterno set up for tacos for dinner, as well as a late-night snack station of elotes, poppers, and tamales. One of my closest friends is vegan- she was personally served by Rich and she said that it was some of the best food she’s ever had. Las Mamacitas Catering made sure my one vegan friend had a memorable meal that followed her dietary needs. The late-night snack station hit the spot after dancing.

Las Mamacitas Event Planning managed to make all of our requests happen. We are dog people and our senior dogs were unable to be part of our big day in person. Monica arranged a local, homemade dog treat shop to set up a doggy treat bar for our guests. She also helped me arrange a beautifully tiered cake so our cake topper pups (we had customized ones made of our girls) could take a bite out of our wedding cake too. She coordinated with other vendors to have a funnel cake station next to our bar set-up. The bartenders were great- friendly and attentive.

Monica’s team also consisted of servers who were attentive and methodical. The team was streamlined and worked together effectively. Pat took care of us exclusively and added in little personal touches to enhance our day. We did not want for anything- our food was hot and fresh, we always had drinks, and she kept us on schedule.

Monica, Rich, Pat, and the team made an incredible day come together. Our day was a dream thanks to Las Mamacitas Food Truck & Event Planning!

Updated review: A bit disappointed at the second event I went to that they catered. They said they had several events on the same day. At this one, they did not provide the equipment to keep the food warm, so everything was cold before the event even started. Original review below.

Their food was delicious! Got to try it at a catered event and it was fantastic. The squash is amazing!
