The Shreveport class was great. My instructor was clear and very helpful. She made sure that the information was digestible and understandable for me. I enjoyed learning the proper techniques for different beverages and learning the rules/laws surrounding alcohol. Would definitely recommend this class to others!

My friend and I took the class together and had a great time. It is a fun class and it doesn’t take a tremendous amount of time, which is important this day and time with everyone’s busy schedules. I’d definitely recommend for someone who is wanting to learn a little about mixology OR for those individuals considering working in the industry.
