Attending the European Bartender School was an unforgettable experience and truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From start to finish, everything about this course was exceptional.

The curriculum was well-structured, balancing theory and practical skills perfectly. I loved how the program covered not just cocktail-making but also the science, history, and artistry behind bartending. The facilities were state-of-the-art, making it feel like I was stepping into a world-class bar every day.

But what truly made this course extraordinary was Mo. Their energy, expertise, and dedication were absolutely unmatched. Mo had this amazing ability to make every lesson engaging and fun while pushing us to be our very best. They didn’t just teach us techniques; they instilled confidence and a deep passion for the craft.

The environment at EBS was so welcoming and inclusive. I made lifelong friends with people from all over the world, and the camaraderie among the students and staff added so much to the experience.

The EBS course is a mix of bar practice, learning about the history and production of alcohol, flair ( tricks ) and free pouring - all the essentials to make a good bartender. My teacher, Andrea, made my EBS bartending course a great experience. She’s the perfect mix of funny and strict, which makes for an amazing teacher; from her mnemonic rhymes for the cocktail recipes to her telling stories from experiences she’s made in the industry! If you are interested in bartending and want a month full of fun memories, I would definitely recommend the EBS course.

I took the 4-week bartending course and it was so worth it. This month I learned so many new things, I had no experience and nothing before, but thanks to Moritz, our super trainer, who has a lot of patience and is also very funny, I was able to pass the exam.
