Is it that hard to just let a parent know that the spaces are limited so they can take immediate action? Took a tour early in the week called Friday to figure out what was needed to enroll. Tues all the slots were filled when i was about to stop by and drop off the deposit and fill out the paperwork. Was told that the director would reach out to me. Needless to say that never happened. No worries. School is over priced! Not really convenient for me either. I was settling because of them having live stream. Found somewhere closer and more professional.

I am happy with the care provided by this center for my daughter. She started attending Childtime last January at 4 months of age and she is now 16 months. The staff members are very welcoming and caring. My daughter doesn't cry when I drop her off and eagerly goes into the arms of the staff members. One of the things I really appreciate about Childtime is the use of technology. Safety and transparency are huge factors that my husband and I consider to be most important for our daycare provider. Childtime uses the Brightwheel app to help us keep up with our daughter throughout the day via photos, videos and notes. Additionally, Childtime provides live video feed into our daughter's room which really bolsters our trust in their care. During the pandemic, the center took a number of steps to help ensure my child's safety. My husband and I also appreciate the curriculum and believe that the center's value aligns with the tuition. With any organization, there are things that could be improved upon; however, they're not major and might not be a factor to some. We stand by our decision to send our daughter here and look forward to her continued growth in their care. She's thriving!

Very Unprofessional!!
My scheduled tour was on Friday at 1:00pm and I logged on and waited until 1:10pm. Nobody ever logged on . I called the center and they said we are logging on now and they never did . They never called me back or tried to reschedule the tour.

Our daughter has been going to Childtime since she was 3 months old and is now 9 months. She loves her teachers, friends and has made great progress while there. When I returned to work after maternity leave I was very concerned about her well-being but the staff at Childtime have been great and I no longer have those worries. We are kept up-to-date about her day through the Precious Status app and it is really great to get a picture of her sometimes during the day. I would recommend the Childtime for their great care for our baby!

Last year my girls started their first day at daycare, in which Dad and I were slightly anxious about the girls response. My toddler walked in as if she had been there before and my little one shed a few tears but once she was picked up by Mrs. Jasmine she was fine. Almost soon as we left we were sent photos and videos about how well the girls were adjusting to their first day! Throughtout the day we were updated about every detail of their day, in which in my opinion, would make any parent feel comfortable. To this day my girls are so comfortable and everyone from Mrs. Linysha to the girls teachers are excellent in how they care for these little ones. They have a curriculum set out for the kids, teachers are always updating new information regarding changes of any kind, everyone is professional, clean environment and best part is watching my children enjoy learning. We couldn't have chosen a better environment for our girls to grow and thrive in! Keep up the work ladies!!

My child has been going to this school since she was 6 months old. The childcare is wonderful, the teachers provide a loving atmosphere for the children and an atmosphere of learning and fun. My daughter looks forward to going to school every day and that speaks volume to how good the care is. In addition tuition includes a nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks and as a working mother it saves me a bunch of time that I can spend with my family. If you're searching for a daycare, I highly recommend this school.

The teachers and staff at this Childtime location truly love and ADORE the children enrolled there. I truly feel like my son is going to his second home when we drop him off. When we moved to Maryland from out of state I was very concerned about how my son would fair through the transition. His teacher took him under her wing and loved and supported him through. He adjusted with ease! What a blessing.

Their curriculum spans all areas one would expect at a daycare and then some. They cover everything from the basics of reading, writing, and math to social studies and science at levels appropriate for each age group. They have tons of fun doing it too! I highly recommend this school.

So the reason for the 2 is because the facility is clean beautiful and some of the staff appear to be good childcare workers…But what i have a problem with is that a lie was told to me by the owner and until proven otherwise it will still be a lie.

So i tried to get my son enrolled in this facility back in mid August-early September timeframe

i got ALL the required information to them(my son is autistic)

I went through the trial day, filled out all the paperwork, etc.
It seemed like everything was going well until i mentioned about him going to have to have behavioral therapy which is about 2 hours per day…the owners staff then had to remind her that we have had this situation happen before. So after everything was good i was told he still needed his physical form..No problem because i got that to them
within about 48 hours after the trial day.

Upon dropping the paper off, i was THEN informed that they would have to hire another daycare teacher before they could bring him on board because of the class he would have to go in(he isn’t potty trained). Which could potentially be another 6 weeks or so.

you knew all of this prior to me dropping off the physical form. Had you would’ve just said that in the beginning I probably would’ve just moved on.

Needless to say 6 weeks have come and gone x 2 and there was no call ever. If you didnt or don’t wanna take on the liability of having an autistic child in your facility you should have just said that in the beginning.
but don’t sell false hopes and promises. My son is without daycare right now still but after this situation i wouldn’t DARE enroll my child in this facility EVER! You should really be ashamed of yourself to call yourself a childcare worker and do children who are different the way you did!
