I’ve now gone for two refills after my initial classic hybrid set and I am so happy with the quality here! Each set has great retention and the price is reasonable. Service is so friendly, flexible with scheduling, and the place is clean and cute. Will continue to get my fills until I opt for another type of set.

This is my go to lashes and facial place. I think this place is amazing! The wonderful sweet relaxing place I’ve have ever gone to. They have the most gentle hand at doing my lashes. By far and away the best as far as I am concerned. They always turn out completely perfect and are great at giving suggestions when you aren’t sure what facial you should do for your skin type. After almost 20 years my face is finally starting to clear up. I recommend to everyone who ask about my outstanding lashes.

Today I tried their new addition which is nails and omg I love it!
Intimate / early morning no other clients so it gave me the time to enjoy getting pampered! Thank you for such a job well done ! Shape/ color super beautiful

Wanted to get a lash lift and tint today and overall disappointed with the whole experience at this place. When I first walked in the place had a weird smell to it, I’m not sure exactly how to describe it but it didn’t smell clean or fresh by any means. That should have been my first sign to leave. The lady that was supposed to do my lash lift and tint spoke not one word of English. She couldn’t understand anything I said to her, so every time that I had to tell her things she had to get up and go to the front desk and tell the girl up there. I had to tell her multiple times do not touch my face all over. She is very sloppy with her hands and has heavy hands and no one wants that while trying to have a relaxing appointment. I say supposed to do my lash lift because I could not see a single difference in my lashes from before or after. I have gotten a lash lift and tint before and have always seen a difference in darkness and of course length. I saw absolutely none. I have got lash extensions many places and lash lift/tint many places before and never had an experience like this. It was unpleasant and I would not recommend. Super frustrating all the way around. Also, just doesn’t feel like the cleanest place. There are so many newer, updated and cleaner places you could go in Frisco. The place I have went in the past and would have liked to have gone today is closed on Tuesdays though.
So that is disappointing. I may have lost a few bucks today, but due to their lack of customer service, and their lack of having someone that has decent lash application ettiquette and can communicate effectively they lost someone that could have been a repeat customer. Which if you own a business you know is much more valuable. BEWARE.

I went here to see my friend get her lashes done, but I ended up getting a facial & micro-needling sessions. I was astounded by the results especially since this is one of the best facial sessions I received! Not only the service was incredible, but it was affordable (to me). I totally recommend this to any near by locals or even those who wanted to try the place out! Great services, wonderful ambiance, and affordable sessions!
