Got charged $297.50 for them to come dig up dirt and throw it back in the hole. Didn't even do no work u realistic. They didn't do any real testing and I'm the one who informed them of the issues we were having they tried to use that as way of saying g they diagnosed our issues a freaking sham that's what the company is. Well they charged for their time out their they weren't here very long at all. I find it funny cause the guy kept leaving and being gone for quite some time. The whole operative time he was there was a whole 30mins. IT was halloween day. They could have at least did some work. They expect me to not be mad are you freaking kidding me. NOT USING THEM IN THE FUTURE THEIR FULL OF IT. No work rendered means no pay!! You don't pay for services that weren't performed. JUST SAYING.

Long story short, their plumber told me he needed to rip out my ceiling to find the source of a leak that we had. I called another plumber that came out and stopped my leak within minutes WITHOUT touching the ceiling. E&M has always been our go-to for plumbing needs. I waited over 10 days for someone to call me back & they never did. When I called them back, somehow they couldn't find our ticket. It's all good, I'm only 1 customer, obviously they don't care about my business.

I called E&M first thing in the morning to come out to fix my furnace; I had lost my heat overnight.
I was 2nd in line on the list of getting a tech out to my house. I only had to wait about 20 minutes when a tech called and said he was on his way to my address. The tech was nice, professional and fixed the problem within 20 to 25 minutes. I had heat by 8:50 AM!
I have used E&M before with the same excellent and professional response from the office tech to the field tech. These people know their stuff, they have been in business in Hutch many years and I, for one, will use them as long as I live in the area. Besides, they are nice people too!

Hot water heater sprung a leak. E&M were right on it. Joel was friendly and knowledgeable. Ours was under warranty, no problem. Joel arrived with a replacement and had it installed in no time. However, it was a lemon from the factory, and so he had to do it again. He didn't complain, just went at it. They only charged labor for installing the one. E&M will definitely be our go to plumber.

Marc Jackson was our technician, he was very knowledgeable and polite when we met. He was on time and worked quickly but with care for what he was doing. I appreciated that he brought up in conversation ideas on what could be different in my idea of what needed to happen to make the outcome work better and will last longer. I would HIGHLY recommend E&M Plumbing if you want your job done well and done right the first time.

called twice - 4 weeks ago and then 2 weeks ago, asking for a quote. It is obvious to me that they do not care about me as a potential customers or my needs. I would recommend another service (as I did) that will respond in a timely manner.

I would be glad to give them a 5-star review for their services, however, their billing practices are not honest. We had to call a plumber this past Saturday for emergency work. I agreed to the hourly rate of $115/hr.

After services were rendered, I was provided an invoice and paid with my Visa. After later reviewing the invoice, I noted that the labor hours charged were too many and we were overcharged for the services provided.

I contacted their office. Their reply was they 'applied a credit on your account which will be available the next time we perform a service call for you'. I have no intention of using them again, as they should have had honest and accurate billing / invoicing in the first place. I've requested a refund to my Visa, their reply is that according to their 'policy' that they only 'apply credits to customer's accounts'.

I'm now responsible to take the financial loss for their invoicing and billing mistake. I'm out $60 for services / hours that were not rendered to me. I will not be using them in the future. It seems a shame such a small issue can't be properly resolved... my family has used E&M for many years... because of this one experience, I will never use them again.
