My husband & I had an excellent experience with the staff. We purchased 2 Ebikes, & they were extremely knowledgeable & helpful. We’re only in Sarasota every 6 weeks to visit so they said if we need them serviced to just let the staff know we would request a quicker turnaround if possible since we’re only in town a few days at a time. It seems that every month there is a new challenger brand that emerges in the e-bike market. Being a relatively new category, and one with lots of innovation and a wide range of quality levels and price points, selecting the right brand, model, AND dealer are key to having a positive purchase and ownership experience.

We began our research more than a year ago, coincidentally around the same time we first met Russ and his team at an outdoor event at Benderson Park in Sarasota, FL. We were so impressed with his knowledge, the breadth and quality of the brands he carried, and his helpful disposition, that when the time came to purchase we headed to his store.

First and foremost, it's a great shop - easy to get to, clean, large inventory and accessory selection, and a great team of professionals who aim to understand your needs and make recommendations that align with them. No pressure selling, extremely helpful, and best of all - a test track to experience every model we were considering.

Although we settled into a brand and model, we had some logistical matters that prevented us from buying that day. Fast forward 2-3 days - we received a text from Russ. He had been thinking about our visit and had a creative idea for overcoming the matter that prevented us from buying. The next day we took possession of two Aventon Level 2's. Simply put, they're awesome - the bikes and the team at E-Bikes and Cycles. Russ and his team earned our business and made the entire experience a pleasant and memorable one. If you're in the market for an e-bike, I highly recommend you visit or call Russ and his team. They're quality people who rep great brands that deliver exceptional value.
