I love the location ( it's in GRA Ilorin). Just less than 2 minutes from The Place Restaurant and less than 3 minutes to the governors office. Very safe environment. Hotel service is very good. I have only used this hotel in my bimonthly trips to Ilorin throughout this year becausei loved the hotel alot (ambience, environment, cleannessetc). They kinda give me the same room anytime I visit as I stay for a couple of day for work. I love the hotel and environment

A very nice hotel that is affordable with a lot of parking space. The security and staff and professional in their dealing and their kitchen is prompt with nice meals. I will recommend it for anyone on a visit to iloring for business or leisure.

All female staff here were rude, from the day i stepped in ti the day I stepped out. I was forcefully ejected even when i indicated i still had a few more days to go. The receptionist lied and told her superiors that she told me that the room i was occupying was previously booked (three days previously when i was checking in). It was a lie which resulted in my being embarrassed and treated wrongly. They are grossly unprofessional here

It's a good place to be in Ìlorin, I enjoyed my stay here and to my surprise, it's a hotel owned by a Christian man, but he has Masjid (Mosque) inside the building to ease Prayers for the Muslim customers, that's very thoughtful of him.

Enjoyed every bit of my stay here. Not that I’ve lodged in lots of hotels in Ilorin but E-Phoenix definitely did me right. Their rates are relatively affordable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I liked the closet/bathroom design, it speaks of the considerations that was put into setting the space up. I enjoyed swimming here too. Clean, spacious not crowded pool.
