I came in looking for an e-bike for my daughter knowing little more about e-bikes than a few brand names. We worked primarily with Ty who explained the kinds of bikes and showed us the various features and let us test ride several different models. This location is in an industrial park, so there was plenty of space behind the building to get the bikes up to full speed and put them through their paces. These guys really know their stuff, there wasn’t a question we asked that they didn’t have the answer for. They gave us a great deal on a Troxus Lynx, but they had every major brand I’ve seen. They match the manufacturer website’s prices and throw in a 5 year warranty. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; and they build and repair e-bikes and regular bikes too.

Ty and his team helped me out of a very bad situation. Top notch pros who know what they are doing and they treat you right. My next bike is definitely coming from them. If you are even just thinking of purchasing an electric bike, please go check them out.

Our journey looking for e-bikes started a few years ago. We finally decided to buy two e-bikes for our Venice home and searched the internet for the best deals. After finding e-bikes that seemed like a good deal and fit our budget we were ready. We noticed advice on internet highly recommending that a local bike shop was available to service the e-bikes down the road. I searched for local bike shops and read the reviews. E-Station jumped out at me immediately with several locations and great reviews. I reached out to them on Facebook. The owner responded with a message and phone call within minutes. He answered all my questions and invited us to one of their locations for a test ride buffet. The staff at the Sarasota East location are knowledgeable, professional, non-pressuring, and extremely friendly. While they sell most brands and price points, the most important thing they offer is outstanding customer service and respect. They were so patient with our questions, many visits and concerns. They offer in stock items and can order anything you want including e-bikes, scooters, accessories, bike racks and more. Best of all, they match online prices and include all offered free products. We went in for a particular brand that we were going to order online and send to our house. After test riding several e-bikes, we overwhelmingly decided on 2 Eurphree Stellar Falcon bikes. E-Station adjusted the air pressure in the suspension for our weight, adjusted the seats and handlebar and made sure we were happy and knew all the features. Best yet, they build the bikes for you and service them afterwards including the extremely important tuneups. I trust the folks at E-Station and believe I got the absolute best price available. Bonus: knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, non-pushy and professional staff and owner plus plenty of inventory to test ride. They not only sell e-bikes but rank high on customer service before, during and after the sale!
