I met Dakota and Sierra when I booked the Fort Collins Libations Experience for my husband and myself. We were welcomed with open arms and had such an amazing time learning to make cocktails. We asked if they do the same thing at our home for a group of our friends. Dakota showed up with everything we would need including glassware, shakers, stir spoons for all 10 of us. He also brought a really amazing menu to display on our bar for the night. There were 10 of us and Dakota was unbelievable with keeping all of us on the same step. I was not only amazed but also so impressed. We can't thank you again for welcoming us to your business and then bringing your business to us!!!

I had the absolute best time learning about bartending and mixology with Dakota and Sierra. The class was so fun and well organized and I learned a lot! I’m grateful that I got to have an understanding of what I’m to be expected of as a bartender. I’m also super glad that I got a lot of pouring time down to really polish my skills. I feel comfortable and confident to enter the industry with the skill set that I now have. Most importantly, I am proud of myself and excited to share my work with more people.

Dakota killed it, he made this class so much fun! I didn't fully know what I was getting into when I signed up but I loved every minute of the class! It was the best part of my week and I really looked forward to each class period. I had so much fun learning to make drinks, how to pour, and all the other details that come with bartending. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Took this class in March 2024 and it was one of the most rewarding, fun classes I've ever taken. The instructor, Dakota, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and a great over all teacher. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to get their foot in the door of bartending, and even current bartenders to brush up on their accuracy, consistency, and more inclusive knowledge. 100/10 experience

Initially we took this class for fun but it was an incredible learning experience. I feel more confident in ordering a drink while out and I’m looking forward to bartending. Even if you don’t want to be a professional bartender I would highly recommend taking this class.
