Nevada Event Staffing

Recently sent some of our bar-backs here to get trained before they transferred to Nevada and they are doing excellent! Recently taken this class from March 19th till March 28th,2024. The director of the school was in attendance the first day, and teaching a little. The other 4 days was a different instructor teaching the class. Then the last day, which was testing on what we knew…. The director gave us the test which was a huge change in energy and confidence. I was failed which is understandable, I was told to come back the following week to retest. As the director, I’m expecting more feedback as to what exactly I need to work on etc. I taken out a pen to write where were my weak spots…. I was told he had to speak to the next student.
As a Business Finance student studying at Cal Poly Humboldt University, I truly expected way more feedback. Like why do I have to come back the following week, did I pass or fail, why did I fail, and what do I need to work on the most.
Logically, I think if the director is there all 6 days of holding classes students wouldn’t lack certain performance or immediately forget certain things taught by a different instructor due to nerves racing, as well the students would know what exactly shouldn’t be overlooked in the material given. Way more hands on training with the Pos.

Evidently I showed concern if I pulled my pen out and ask what is it I need to work on! That within itself is a student showing concern of hers/his grading.
I would like to continue my bartending education where there’s more structure.
