Class was very informative!! I took the class was very nervous. Jae takes the time to make sure all her students are ready for not just the bartender position but she prepares you with more confidence then you could ever have! And even after she still checks up on you and make sure everything is flowing and that the conference has not left.

Today is my last day of class and it’s super bittersweet 😩. I learned so much in this short amount of time and had hella fun while doing it. Our instructor was bomb af, she made sure everyone was on the same page and understood what she was teaching before moving on. I’m so excited to turn what I’ve learned here into big money !

Taking Jae class has been one of the best investments in myself so far! She is very knowledgeable and very consistent! This lady knows her stuff!!!!! She has helped and encouraged so many students I honestly can't even imagine a better instructor! I am truly grateful for my experience with Master Mixology 101! Jae knows her stuff & makes sure you don't leave until you know it too. The class is more than just learning how to make cocktails. She teaches safe serving, glassware, customer service skills, & so much more. Plus, you're added to a GroupMe with other alumni which is a blessing networking wise. Signing up for Master Mixology 101 was well worth the money & my drive from North FL. If you're interested in being a bartender, take this class!

I attended Jae’s bartending class and was so nervous when I first started. By the end of the week I had a wealth of knowledge that helped me become confident in the craft. We received hands on training as well as numerous amounts of drink recipes. You will learn about the different types of alcohol, the best pairings, and the golden rules of bartending. Jae makes sure the information will stick and is adamant about believing in yourself and applying yourself! This was truly an amazing experience and I am thankful for the opportunity to jump start my career in bartending as a result of her class!
