This is the most epic burger I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had a LOT of burgers. The meat was perfectly juicy, the truffle flavor perfectly seeped through, the smoked Gouda was perfect and the mushrooms were excellent. I had the Shrooms & Truffles burger. I highly recommend that. I need this burger again in my life.

BLT and a side of fries with a coke = 15 dollars. A bit pricey for food off a truck, but it gets worse from here. The aoili tasted like plain ole mayo, one leaf of butter lettuce and two tomato with 4 strips of thick bacon. Tasted okay considering the very plain mayo on the bread. Was not a fan, maybe they should stop using the "aoili".
I ordered a side of fries. Plain fries. I got just that, a side order or previously frozen unsalted fries that were luke warm.
For 15 dollars after tax and then additional tip, it just isnt worth a stop. A BLT is simple food etiquette and if they cant even do that right, I dont want to try anything else.
Save your money.

This food truck came to our apartment complex one day. That was a great day. The burgers and shrimp sweet potato fries were amazing! My fiancé got their "not so plain burger," and she loved it. Two thumbs way up!

I got the Baja fries and they were pretty good. A little too salty for my liking, but the beef and cilantro cream had good flavor and the fries were crispy enough to hold up, which is something most places struggle with.

We contacted the owner to set up a tasting for our wedding. He set it for the following week and said he would send us the address of where the tasting would be. I called and texted him multiple times, he apologized and said he would send me the address. He never did.

He’s a preferred vendor for our venue, and I’m baffled by the absolute horrid communication. It takes two seconds to send a text message, I shouldn’t have to try and track you down. Needless to say, we’ll be going with a different company to cater our wedding.

I’m so disappointed, we were extremely excited to have them serve our event, but it looks like we dodged a bullet.

Save your time by going with someone else for catering.

Tried to hire these guys for an event. Agreed to them coming out. Sent the vendor app & got confirmation and everything. Called a week earlier to verify they’re still coming out and the owner says “oh sorry no”. Very very unprofessional. I wonder what would have happened if we didn’t call to verify. Frustrating. Don’t hire these guys.

With my family at December nights and I’m still craving more super clean truck great service and awsome family business perhaps the best burger in California thanks guys chef is equally nice
