Here's the experience I had, which is mind blowing to some degree because I submitted an email about more information, and this lady named Bri reached out via text message. She came out the gate strong with her pitch about "we have a special good time to take action!" However, after I informed her I went to bartending school years ago in another state, and when I came to Phoenix I did hold a Title 4 certification but didn't use it, she simply disappeared. In this text message that showed up blue, so she texted from an iPhone, I just asked what would be the proper path if I signed on with school, would I need to go from scratch, just do a brush up, should I get certification again prior to? Truly just looking for guidance. The customer experience was really horrible. She didn't respond until the next day after I informed her via text I would be supplying the text messages with my review, then guess what? Yep, she responded. The problem I have with this is not that she didn't want to be of any help, it's the fact she could have sent an email and then contacted or not whenever. Once you move to the text message your asking potential customer for immediate attention and you also put yourself in an immediate close position (if she works on commission) either way, it's a coachable moment her superiors can review with her if they choose. I just think people who do below average things like in the sales funnel don't realize how close they are to losing their jobs to A.I. no company needs bad customer experiences as a reason to lose a sale. She could have just called, told me to call, or gave a damn period. Lol Oh well, not a big deal, but definitely worth the time it took to write this review.

Awesome place to learn. I had a great experience there. They taught me what to do, I helped to remember the recipes and I got a job within a week and a half of completing. Now I'm very happy with my new work. I recommend this school to everyone who wants to be a bartender. Thank to all of them!

Great school. I would definitely recommend this school to anybode that would like to learn to bartend. Helped in learning recipes which I found overwhelming when I tried to do it on my own. They also offer unlimited practice hours which is very cool!
