Really delicious pasta! The Fiesolana was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Deceivingly big portions and it's BYOB as well which is nice, would 100% recommend trying.

I didn’t realise how sad I was whilst Otello was away until I had his pasta again last week and thanked goodness he was back in Scotland! It is genuinely the best pasta we have EVER had, nothing compares and we have no qualms whatsoever about travelling from Inverness to Glasgow just for Otello’s brilliant food. We discovered Tagliotello when he started his food trailer and it was so lovely to get to know him and try every dish he had on the menu.. actually, we didn’t try anything we didn’t love. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Otello as a person and his food!!

Have waited a long time to try Otello’s food and it did not disappoint. Ordered the Gorgonzola pasta, Fiesolana pasta and tiramisu. Everything was amazing. Can’t wait to try more. Definitely worth the wait

Food is outstanding. Have been a few times now and can never find a fault. All the dishes are flavourful and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended to anyone to give it a try! Photo is of the carbonara, sausage ragu, and the mac if I remember correctly.
