Un sitio especial junto a la plaza real, imparten cursos de cocina, puedes hacer reserva para comida con amigos o de negocios, en un comedor privado con cocina vista donde te cocinaran o cocinaras, planificación de la carta a demanda del cliente o si lo prefieres tu mismo cocinas, me ha encantado y todo buenísimo, muy recomendable, todo el personal muy majo, recomendable 100%100

We booked the paella experience on Viator. It was a fun overall experience, but a bit misleading as its not a true cooking class. We were given unlimited sangria and watched a chef cook paella. He broke down the steps, but you don't actually cook yourself, which is what we were expecting. The food was great.

Fantastic experience - highly recommended. Paella tests great !
Chef kako is also v friendly and informative and gives good tips. Recipe included also.
P.s. I booked this with the getyourguide app - title of tour was "paella cooking and broceria market tour." Tour begins with a trip to the market where the chef picks up the seafood for the paella. Then we went to volana test kitchen where the cooking is done and where we have the meal. Kitchen is in a lovely 2nd floor apartment overlooking a cheerful square.
